Winter Sun Ultra Vitamin D3 review

Winter Sun Ultra Vitamin D3
Winter Sun Ultra Vitamin D3

If you are young and spend some time in the sun every day you probably don’t need a vitamin D supplement.  In some colder areas of the country where folks spend the winter indoors, it’s not uncommon for them to not spend enough time in sunlight to manufacture enough Vitamin D on their own.  There are people with skin issues or cancer concerns that avoid sunlight, and might also have issues.  This is a way to ensure your body gets enough Vitamin D by taking a small dropper full each day.

Winter Sun from Infowars Life contains the easier than D2 to absorb D3 which for this product was extracted from lichens, a kind of nutrient dense plant.  It tastes kind of sweet to me, and I would say it’s a pleasant taste.  Your body needs vitamin D for lots of purposes and in addition to lack of sun exposure, aging is another contributor to not having enough.

I just noticed that I’ve got about 1 more days worth left in the bottle I bought a little while ago.  One of the drawbacks to taking multiple supplements at the same time is that it can be difficult to tell if the addition of any one of them makes a difference in your health.  I can’t say that I noticed a difference during the time I have been taking Winter Sun.

It’s not really that cold here in Florida and I should be spending more time outside in the coming months, so I am going to hold off on ordering another bottle for now.  I’m going to make a point of trying to get an hour outside in the sun as many days as I can and let my body make some vitamin D on it’s own.  For folks that can’t do that, you may want to read up on vitamin D and consult with your healthcare provider to see if a supplement like Winter Sun might be good for you.
